How it works
From enquiry to a settled routine
We keep the process clear and supportive for families, carers and professionals.
1) Check eligibility & needs
We’ll talk through support needs, interests, communication preferences, mobility/access requirements, and any health considerations.
2) Visit and meet the team
Arrange a visit to see the centre, ask questions, and explore what a typical day looks like.
3) Referral and information
Complete a referral (self, family/carer, or professional). We’ll guide you on what information is helpful and what happens next.
4) Start gently and review
We’ll agree a start plan, introduce activities gradually, and review regularly so support stays right for the person.
What people value about All Directions
A few examples of the kind of feedback we aim to earn every day.
★★★★★
“At All Directions the students get a choice and they learn lots of new things. They can chose things like gym, football, cooking, music, dancing, performances, arts and crafts, one to one sessions, trips out. Students are helped when they need help and sometimes with their personal problems too.”

“I like learning here; I do numbers and I get certificates! I liked doing my first aid course in the town. All the staff help me and look after me; Chris is the best driver. I like seeing my friends. I don’t get bullied here; I did where I was before. I can chose lots of activities. I like cooking. They look after me because I can’t drink and eat everything.”
